It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Margaret Elizabeth (Moore) Willey announces her passing on September 19 ^th at the graceful age of 94 and she now resides with our heavenly Lord.  Margaret was born in Akron, Ohio on December 7, 1925, the daughter of the late Orin and Dessie Moore.  She married the love of her life, James Willey, on June 15, 1946 and together they shared 74 wonderful years of marriage.  She is survived by her husband, Jim, daughters Carolyn (Del) Mack of Sarasota, Fl. and Jill (Dennis) Miller of Brandon, Fl., and nephew Rick Skinner, niece Jennifer Leon, and their children.

Margaret began her career at Evan's Insurance Agency in Akron where she was the Administrative Manager for 11 years.  She then served as the secretary for Norton Baptist Church before becoming a full time homemaker.  She always encouraged her daughters to strive to be their best, serve the Lord, and love others.

She and Jim moved to Brandon in 1985.  You could always find Margaret giving back to others and helping those in need.  She volunteered at Brandon Hospital and McDonald Elementary School, and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church-Brandon.  She and Jim shared so many wonderful experiences throughout the years including traveling, hosting parties at their home, and annual boating or beach vacations with family and friends.

A visitation will be held between 10:00 and 11:00, followed by the funeral at First Baptist Church-Brandon, 216 N. Parsons Av, Brandon, Fl. 33510 on Friday, September 25, 2020. The service may be viewed online at www.fbcbrandon.org .

Margaret's family and friends were blessed by her warm, loving spirit and she will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to First Baptist Church-Brandon.
