SWEAT, Margaret Jane, 93, a lifelong resident of Gibsonton Florida went to be with the Lord on July 5th, 2023. Her devotion to her family and her unwavering belief in God gave her peace throughout her life. She was born in Balm, Florida on December 30, 1929. She is predeceased in death by her loving husband of 63 years Malcolm Jr, her son Leslie (Sharon) and her parents Cora and Solon Colding.

Margaret is survived by her son Terry, her daughter Donna Williford (Ralph), grandchildren Heather Serafin (Brian), Michael (Diana), Malcolm (Milissa), Mandy Nece (Ryan), Lee Ann, Aleece King (Steve), Marcus Williford (Maria), 13 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Margaret was dedicated to her family in so many ways but most remembered for the yearly family reunion on Thanksgiving she and Malcolm hosted for 60 plus years. She played piano for years at her church and she retired from US Phosphoric plant in Gibsonton. Margaret and her husband Malcolm enjoyed many years of retirement together spending summers in North Carolina amongst friends and family.

Funeral Service will be held at Simmons Loop Baptist Church in Riverview on July 12th at 10:30 with the family taking visitation at 10:00. Interment will follow at Serenity Meadow Cemetery in Riverview.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her loving church Simmons Loop Baptist in honor of Margaret.
