Blanco, Manuel D, 75, respected father, went home to be with the Lord on December 25, 2010. He was born March 3, 1935 in Key West to Emilio Blanco and Estella Blanco-Perdomo. Manuel served honorable in the United States Army. He also resided in IL making FL his final residence. He worked at Tampa Ship as a machinist, also a businessman, retiring in the 1990's. He was a faithful member of Clair-Mel A/G. Manuel was a jokester who always enjoyed seeing others laugh, a humble man with a giving heart, always helping and serving others, a sincere man of his word. Survivors include his wife of fifteen years, Deborah; his five children, David Kellum, John Blanco, Debbie Boyd, Mary Harrell, Daniel Blanco, 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 6 pm, Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Clair-Mel Assembly of God; 2415 78th St. S, Tampa FL 33619. Manuel's remains will be taken to Key West.
