Mae Singleton passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 14, 2014. She was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on May 4, 1929. Her parents were Matthew and Marion Wood. Her brothers were William and Matthew Wood. She immigrated to the United States in 1955 and loved her new country as a patriotic naturalized American citizen. She is survived by her son David, granddaughter Reagan, brother Matthew, and sisters-in-law, Ella and Margaret. Mae was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She loved all animals, especially dogs. She will be missed by all. She is resting with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Services will be held for family and friends at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Friday, February 21, 2014 at 1:00. The family will receive guests from 12pm to the start of the service.
