Obituary

Madonna K. "Robbie" Center,
69, passed away on July 9, 2008. Robbie moved to
the Brandon area from Mt. Vernon, IL in 1980.
She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital, where she worked
as an LPN. Robbie is survived by her loving family,
husband of 28 years, Ernest L. Center;
daughters, Carrie (Kelly) Fleming and Cathi Lee Buckley
both of Waynesville, NC and Amber (Ronnie) Watkins
of Seffner, FL; stepsons, Gregory (Demen) Center
of Clearwater and Shawn (April) Center of Carrollwood;
sister, Bonnie (Michael) Elias of Port Clinton, OH;
sister in law, Imogene (Lonnie) Johnson of Hamilton, OH; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on
Monday, July 14, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at
Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Rd,
Brandon, FL. A Celebration of Robbie's Life will be held at
2:00 p.m. with Pastor Simeon Nix officiating.
Interment will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
The family requests memorial donations be made to
the Greater Glory Building Fund at Bell Shoals
Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Rd. Brandon, FL 33511.
The family would like to thank Rev. John Martin,
Rev. Buddy Payne, the Benevolence Ministries
of Bell Shoals Church, their many friends at the
Fellowship of Encouragement for their prayers and
also a very special thank you to the beautiful and kind
nurses and wonderful doctors of St. Joseph's Hospital.
Robbie was a kind hearted person
with a heart full of love for everyone.
She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.
