Lyla Rose Filichia passed peacefully in the arms of her mother on December 17th, 2016. She was born at 1:00 a.m.November 17th, 2016 and met the eyes of Jesus at 1:17 p.m. one month later. Lyla was the daughter of Mark Filichia and Emily Mills Filichia of Melbourne and Valrico, FL. She is survived by her twin sister Lucy Joy Filichia. Her maternal grandparents are Gary and Janice Mills of Valrico, FL.; and paternal grandparents Rick and Susan Filichia of Melbourne, FL. Lyla's brief but, meaningful life reminds us of Jesus' sacrifice and His promise of eternal life for all who believe in Him.
