En Memoria de Luz Miriam Rodríguez Acevedo

Luz Miriam Rodríguez Acevedo, de 73 años, natural de Río Grande, Puerto Rico, partió a la presencia de su Señor y Salvador el 7 de junio de 2026, rodeada de sus hijos y familiares en Brandon, Florida.

Luz Miriam fue una mujer de fe intachable, cuyo amor por el Señor brilló en cada aspecto de su vida. Encontraba gozo en la oración, fortaleza en las Escrituras y paz en las promesas de la vida eterna. Compartió su fe a través de su bondad, compasión y una confianza inquebrantable en el plan de Dios.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Héctor Javier y Marisol; sus cuatro nietos, Ricardo Gabriel, Javier David, Jonathan Manuel y Alan Daniel; su hermana Blanca y Luis; sus sobrinos y sobrinas Luis Manuel, Armando, Michelle, Sacha y David A.; así como sus sobrinos nietos y sobrinas nietas Sergio, Valeria, Valentina, Mía, Micaela y Luis Armando.

Fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres, Manuel Ángel Rodríguez y Constancia Acevedo.

Aunque lloramos la ausencia de Luz Miriam, nos regocijamos en la certeza de que ahora descansa en paz en los brazos de nuestro Salvador. Como nos recuerda la Escritura: "He peleado la buena batalla, he acabado la carrera, he guardado la fe." — 2 Timoteo 4:7

Una Celebración de Vida se llevará a cabo el viernes 12 de junio de 2026 a las 5:00 p.m. en:

La visita y el compartir con la familia comenzarán a las 2:00 p.m. Invitamos a familiares y amigos a acompañarnos mientras honramos la vida de Luz Miriam, damos gracias por las bendiciones de Dios y celebramos la esperanza y la promesa de la vida eterna por medio de Jesucristo.

Luz Miriam Rodriguez Acevedo, age 73, of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 7, 2026, surrounded by her children and family in Brandon, Florida.

Luz Miriam was a woman of unwavering belief, whose love for the Lord shone through every aspect of her life. She found joy in prayer, strength in scripture, and peace in the promises of eternal life. She shared her faith through kindness, compassion, and an unyielding trust in God’s plan.

Luz Miriam is survived by her children, Hector Javier and Marisol, as well as her four grandsons Ricardo Gabriel, Javier David, Jonathan Manuel, and Alan Daniel. Her sister Blanca and Luis, her nieces & nephews Luis Manuel, Armando, Michelle, Sacha, David A., great-nieces and great nephews Sergio, Valeria, Valentina, Mia, Micaela and Luis Armando. She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel Angel Rodriguez and Constancia Acevedo.

Though we grieve Luz Miriam absence, we rejoice in the assurance that she is now at peace in the arms of our Savior. As Scripture reminds us: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7

A celebration of life will be held on Friday June 12, 2026, at 5:00pm at: Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, Funeral Home & Crematory. 6919 Providence Rd, Riverview Fl. 33578

Visitation and fellowship with the family will begin at 2:00PM. We invite family and friends to join us as we honor Luz Miriam, give thanks for God’s blessings, and celebrate the hope and promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
