Obituary

Lula Mae Allen Wingard, born August 8th 1917 passed away on November 4th 2017. She resided at Consulate of Brandon. She was born in Troy Alabama to the late James T. Allen and Bessie E. Linzey Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband George L. Wingard, a son Derrel L. Wingard, a daughter Lennie M. Hill, a granddaughter Rachel L. Hill, and a grandson Jason L. Hill; also 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her children Gerald L. Wingard of Pa, Robert E. Wingard (Joyce) of FL, and Joyvelyn Wynkoop of Co; 12 Grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. Lula worked in the Citrus industry for many years. She was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors. Lula's favorite saying was I'm a tough old bird. Services will be held at Serenity Meadows 6919 Providence Rd. Riverview, FL on Monday, Nov 13, 2017; visitation at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. Final resting place will be Myrtle Hill Memorial Park 4207 East Lake Ave Tampa, FL.
