Garcia, Luisa E. "Lucy", 86, of Riverview, passed away on March 16, 2020. She enjoyed music, singing, crafting, and had a deep abiding faith. Lucy is survived by her loving family, sons, Carlos Hernandez and Alfred Hernandez; daughter, Patricia Ann Morales; daughter-in-law, Rosalie; son in law, Jose Efrain; grandchildren, Eli Samuel, Carlos Daniel, Nina Louise, Samantha Marie, Adriana Marie,  Gabriel; and 7 great-grandchildren.
