Schmidt, Loretta "Lolly", 59, of Brandon, passed away on July 11, 2014. She was a volunteer with T.H.O.R.N. Ministries, serving the homeless and traveling for mission work in Samoa. Lolly is survived by her loving family, children, Becky Schmidt, Chris (Jill) Schmidt, and Jessica (Bryan) Taylor; grandchildren, Ethan James, and soon to arrive, Caden John; siblings, Joe McClanahan, Peggy Cooksey, Pat McClanahan, and Rita Way; and a close and loving extended family. There will be a Funeral Service on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 6:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to T.H.O.R.N. Ministries or the American Cancer Society.
