Loretta Nash Fuhrig, 72, died peacefully at home on October 28, 2022 in Apollo Beach, FL.  Born December 22, 1949 to Grace and Herman Nash in Rio Vista, California, Loretta was a loving wife and mother who was married to Thomas Fuhrig for 45 wonderful years.  She was mother to sons Ryan, Austin (Laura) and daughter Lauren (Marshal Moorhead).

Mrs. Fuhrig was preceded in death by her brother Roger (Susie), and is survived by her husband Thomas, 2 sons, 1 daughter, sister Karen (Mike) and 3 grandchildren Sage, Cedar, and Thomas; nieces Candance (Jason) and Gina, nephews Nick and Nathan.  She had many good friends and neighbors who always had her laughing.  She had a great sense of humor and loved life.  She had a great spirit for travel, and with her husband they lived in Chile, Peru, Luxembourg, and Brazil.  These were great years.  She was very active at Community Christian Church in North Canton, Ohio serving as a Board Trustee, Sunday School Teacher, Worship Team Leader, Bell Choir player, and Head of Bereavement Chair.

A Memorial Service will be held on November 11, 2022 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home 6919 Providence Rd. Riverview, FL 33578.  The family will receive guests from 11:00am - 11:30am with a Memorial Service starting at 11:30am.
