You will be forever loved and missed
She is survived by her husband
Roger; daughter Stacy and husband Bobby, mother Ginger,
Brothers Carl, Keith, Kevin, Sisters
Renee, Denise and In-laws whom she loved
so much John, Mary Beth, Becky, Jack, Patty,
aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends far too numerous to name.
A memorial service will be held
Sept.19 1:00 pm at Serenity Meadows

Riverview, FL. 33578
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made
To The American Cancer Society in her name.
