Lisa Lynn Napper

September 14,1973- December 30th 2023

Lisa passed away December 30th, 2023 after a long hard fight. Anyone who knew Lisa loved her, she was one of a kind. She never met a stranger, she kept her family and friends near to her heart. She was always the life of the party and kept everyone laughing so hard they cried. If you were lucky enough to have met her I promise she made an impact. She was infectiously unforgettable. Our family though devastated we are at peace knowing she is no longer in pain.

Lisa was born September 14,1973 to Jerry E. Manning Sr. and Patricia (Plummer) Manning. Lisa is survived by her husband Dominic Napper, son and her entire world Devin Pellem, grandfather Phillip Plummer, mother Patricia Manning, brother Jerry E Manning Jr. , grandson Connor Long, numerous uncles, aunts,  nephews, nieces, cousins and 1 great nephew.
