Mills, Lilly Christine, 5, of Riverview, died Saturday, July 2, 2011 killed by a drunk driver. Lilly was born in a Tampa hospital but lived her too short life in Riverview. She was, from the moment she was born, a gift: one that you could never quite believe, or feel worthy of, she seemed too good to be true. If asked what her favorite thing was in any situation, she always answered - everything. No words could convey how desperately she will be missed or how much she is loved. She has left behind her parents; Paul and Samantha, sisters; Audrey, Kayla, Sophia, maternal grandparents; Mike and Isben Populin, paternal grandparents; Robert and Julie Mills, her large and loving extended family and friends. A funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. All are welcome to join the family in wearing Lilly's favorite color -pink. Burial will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
