Rigsby, Larry C., 68, of Sun City Center, passed away on August 30, 2013. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather; and a devoted pet owner. Larry was an active member at First Baptist Church of Gibsonton. He is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Rigsby; and his sister, Dorothy Pate. Larry is survived by his loving family, wife of 48 years, Shirley; children, Larry S. (Luci) Rigsby, Lisha (Bobby) Harris and Richard Rigsby; mother, Willie Rigsby; brothers, Melvin Leroy (Mary) Rigsby and Marvin Rigsby; grandchildren, Jessica, Cameron, Kristina, Haley and Mercedes. There will be a funeral service on Monday, September 2, 2013 at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Gibsonton, with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Tampa General Hospital Foundation: Neuro ICU Fund, PO Box 1289, Tampa, FL 33601.
