Katherine (Carty) Fontina, 88, of Seffner, FL, passed away on April 13, 2025 peacefully at home.
Katherine was born in 1936 in Winthrop, Massachusetts to Arthur and Jean Carty, where she was raised and educated. She married Anthony J. Fontina, Jr. in Revere, Massachusetts in 1973. Katherine was an extremely talented, amazing, gifted artist in many different types of artistry and crafts. Katherine and Anthony founded and managed the KipTon Co. For over 30 years, they created many home decor items, constructed with deep love. She was a dedicated parishioner of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Brandon. She has received many honors for her lifetime of achievements.

Katherine is preceded in death by husband Anthony. She is survived by her sister Joan, 5 children, 9 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday April 26, 2025  at The Cornerstone Baptist of Brandon, 818 N.Parsons, Brandon, FL 33584. All are welcome.
