Kamari L
Ware
August 27, 1973 — June 14, 2026
Kamari Lateef Ware passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 27,1973, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Kamari Allah and the late Nancy Ware. Although he was born in Massachusetts, Kamari was proud to call Florida home.
Kamari was truly one of a kind—a man whose presence could never be ignored and whose spirit will never be forgotten. From an early age, he had a flair for style and a love for standing out.
Even as a young boy, Kamari was known for dressing to impress, refusing to wear jeans to school. He would always step out confidently in his sharp attire, Stacy Adams and alligator shoes, Kangol hats, fedoras, and his signature stylish cane. He carried himself with confidence, charisma and originality.
A gifted entrepreneur and man of many talents, Kamari excelled at whatever he set his mind to do. Over the years, he worked as a real estate agent, notary public, and insurance agent. He was also a skilled carpenter with an extraordinary ability to transform ordinary things into something beautiful. Kamari had a passion for fishing, boating, gardening, and cooking, and he possessed a creative spirit that shined through his writing, poetry, and, of course, a love of rap music.
He graduated from Springfield Central High School and earned an associate’s degree at Springfield Technical Community College. More than his accomplishments, Kamari will be remembered for his love of family and the relationships he cherished. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Shenita Ware. Though married for five years, their love story spanned a lifetime of 26 years together. Kamari shared an extraordinary bond with his father. From childhood through adulthood, they traveled together, embarked on countless adventures, and reflected a rare and profound love between father and son.
He also held a special place in his heart for Barbara Cisero, affectionately known as "Momma Cisero," who lovingly served as a surrogate mother to him. Their bond was one of deep love, respect and gratitude. Kamari is further survived by his loving siblings: Virginia (Kein) Bailey, Thomas “Gutta" (Tracey) Ware, Jessica (Jeffrey) Johnson and Amari Allah. Kamari was a loving stepfather to Christina, Jasmine, Theodius and Jalil, and a grandfather to seven grandchildren. He also leaves behind his godson, Austin Ware, along with a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family members whose lives he touched in countless ways.
Although Kamari's earthly journey has come to an end, his legacy of love, style, creativity, resilience, and unwavering devotion to family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He taught us to be unapologetically ourselves, to pursue our passions boldly, and to cherish the people we love. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
