Ramos, Justin James, Jr., infant, of Odessa passed away February 17, 2015. He is survived by his mother Alison, father, Justin J. Ramos, Sr. and many other loving family members. A chapel service will take place Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 1:30 pm at Serenity Meadows Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time.
