Packham, Julie Renee, 41, of Lithia, passed away February 5, 2009. Julie was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her parents, Caroline and Robert Fusco and Jack and Maria Morey, her brother Jack Morey Jr. and family Laura, Alex, and Amanda; and her sisters Jen Zeiller and family Todd and Dylan; Kristina (Morey) Lljazi; and Allison Morey; and is the aunt of Leila, Llir Jr., and Jeton Lljazi of Connecticut.
