Richards, Judy B., 64, of Riverview passed away on January 28, 2014. She was born on September 29, 1949 in Christopher, Illinois to the late William and Eileen Bell. Judy was a member of the IISA Showmens Club. Judy is survived by her sons; Mike (Deanne) Richards, and Jeff Richards and companion Geri Gail Parker, sisters Karen Pritchard, and Martha Garrett, numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will take place on Friday January 31, 2014 at 1pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 11am to the start of the service. Judy will be laid to rest at Sunset Memory Gardens in Thonotosassa, Fl.
