Judith Ann Zeban, born on August 11, 1938 in Long Branch New Jersey, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, in Lakeland Florida.  Before retiring to Ruskin Florida in 1998 with her husband Peter, she celebrated 24 years of service as Municipal Clerk of the borough of Avon by the Sea, New Jersey. She loved bringing people together and was happiest when her home was filled with laughter, conversation, and good company.

Judy was the beloved daughter of Howard and Dorothy Ganong and the cherished sister of Howard Ganong and Phyllis Darling, both of whom have predeceased her.  She is survived by her devoted sons Jeff Bramhall and his wife Marina; Greg Bramhall, and Dirk Bramhall; 2 stepsons Steve Zeban (Linda) and James Zeban (Beatriz); her cherished grandchildren Melissa Hardy (Ricky); Sarah Smitte; Caitlyn, Thomas (Maria) and Vincent (Samantha) Rendeiro; and Taylor, Katelyn, Gia and Cade Zeban.  She is also survived by her precious great-grandchildren Liam & Mila Hardy; Emma & George Herfield; and AnnaMarina & Thomas Rendeiro. Each of them will carry forward her legacy of kindness and resilience.

Judy will be deeply missed by all who loved her. While her absence leaves a profound emptiness, her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loving husband, Peter Zeban, and is now held in God's eternal care.

Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she leaves behind. And as promised, we shall all, one day, reunite somewhere over the rainbow where bluebirds fly...
