McElvy, Juanita "Sissie" Overton, 87, passed away on April 18, 2014. She was a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area who enjoyed gardening and sewing. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Edward Earle; brother, Joe Boy Overton; and sister, Grace Hendry. Juanita is survived by her loving family, husband of 69 years, Edward; daughters, Carol (James) Westerman and Cheryl (Danny) Enfinger; sister, Betty Lou Sumner; grandchildren, Chuck (Katrina) Earle and Christina (Sony) Williams; and great-grandchildren, Sydney Earle, Sydney Williams, Thomas Williams and Charlee Earle. Family will have private services.
