Joyce S. Newlin, 72, passed away January 12, 2019. She was born November 13, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to Alexander and Katherine Jaworski. She adored her siblings; admired her brother, Dennis (Carolyn) Jaworski, who survives her; best friend to her sister, Joan Hammons, who preceded her in death in 2011. Joyce was an extremely generous person and was compelled to help others. She applied her strong work ethic to retail management and small business ownership. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, but really loved to eat out at restaurants and relax. Above all, her passion lied in caring for her family and being adorable. After moving to California as a young adult, Joyce met her love, Nicholas P. Newlin, Jr., and married November 22, 1975 who survives her. Together, they relocated to Florida where spent her remaining 30 years in the Tampa Bay area. Joyce is also survived by her devoted sons, Mark (Melodie) Newlin and Chris Newlin; and grandson, Alexander Newlin.
