Our indescribably beloved mother, Joyce Adams Hardy, 90 of Brandon, Florida, went to be with her loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 30, 2020. She is survived by her 2 daughters Gail Hardy Scott and her husband Robert Louis Scott of Lithia, Florida, and Jessica Hardy Chapman and her husband Morgan Chapman of Hendersonville, NC. She is also survived by 2 dearly loved granddaughters Melinda Gail Adams, and Rebecca Adams Chapman, and 2 great-granddaughters, Ella Dale Adams and Sylvia Gail Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Henry "Bud" Hardy also of Brandon, Florida. Born in Detroit, Michigan she spent most of her young life in Kentucky and graduated from University of Louisville with a degree in Spanish. She met Bud there and that was the start of a loving adventure. We miss her in so many ways
from her special "Joyce style" wrapping of gifts to her bright intelligent mind; from her favorite memory verses to delicious recipes. She was and always will be treasured.

She will be laid to rest alongside her beloved Bud in a private ceremony at Bushnell National Cemetery, Florida with only immediate family in attendance.
