Spencer, Sr., Joseph A., 64, of Valrico passed away on November 6, 2014. He was born on October 28, 1950 in Chicago, Ill. to Kathleen and the late Raymond Spencer. He was the loving husband of Jan (Kleeman) Spencer, with whom he shared almost 45 years of marriage. Along with his wife, Joseph is survived by a son Joseph, Jr., a daughter Jaime, his granddaughter Briana "his Buddy"; sisters Janet (Ed) Fiene and Cathy Rae (Brian) Gagnon, Mother in law Re Dangremond, brother in law Don Kleeman (Gayle), sister in law Melissa (Joe) Fijalkowski, niece and nephew Kelsey and Kyle Fijalkowski, and many other beloved family members. Joseph loved to collect memorabilia, was an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning, and of course enjoyed his electronics. Most of all he strived to spend as much time with his family as he could. A Visitation will take place on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home from 11am-1pm. A Funeral service will follow at 1pm.
