Joseph William Scharba of Gibsonton, FL passed away March 27, 2026, at the age of 58 at, Lifepath Hospice Sun City Center Hospice House, peacefully in his sleep. He was born in Ft Lauderdale, FL September 3, 1967, to Judith E Dixon and Gerald G Scharba, both deceased. Brothers, Gerald (Jerry) G Scharba ll and James (Jim) S Scharba, both deceased Went to East Bay High School and worked as a manager at Pizza Hut for many years. In his younger years he drove race cars at East Bay Raceway. He also worked as a mechanic, specializing in transmission and engine replacements. He loved boating, fishing, camping and GERMAN SHEPHERDS.

Joe is survived by his wife, Jeannette (Gardyjan) Scharba. His son Kevin Joseph Scharba and his wife, Nikki Scharba. Sisters in law Bonnie (Gardyjan) Alday, (friends since middle school, family for life) and Julie (Gardyjan) Whitted. Along with several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Joe will be forever loved and missed. His memory will forever dwell in the hearts of those he touched.
