Lofley, J. E. "Gene", suffered a stroke on his 89th birthday September 10, 2013 and passed away on September 30th, 2013. He was a lifetime resident of Hillsborough County, retired member of Boilermakers Local #433 where he served as Business Manager and International Representative, member of Mason Lodge #185 and served in the Merchant Marines. He is survived by his sister, Marie Elena Reynolds (Gene), brother, Lou Al Chiaramonte, close friend, DaLane Terrell and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Boilermakers Union Hall at 9725 U.S. Highway #92 east.
