Joseph Bernard was born on January 23rd, 1933, in Pestel, Haiti. He grew up in a family of 3 sisters and 3 brothers .

Joseph had five children, twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He migrate d to the United States in 1971

After retiring from the workforce, He moved to Florida where he would eventually live the rest of his life. He spent this time gardening, watching wrestling, and listening to good music. On Saturday April 6th, 2023 at 6:05 PM Joseph went to be with the Lord.

By his side was: Marie-Yolaine Bernard his beloved wife . He was 90 Years old.
