Our beloved Dad, Jose Tejero, aka; Bigote, Chimino, Jose el Loco, took his last breath and peacefully transitioned to be with the lord at the age 77, on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 7:14pm in Staten Island, N.Y.

Our father was born in Santa Isabel, PR. At the age of 12, he relocated to the State of NY.

He was survived by his wife, Myrna; Daughters: Ilene; JoAnn (aka) Jo-Jo; Carmen; Myrna; Son: Angel; Son In-laws: Troy; Al; Jon, Predeceased by son-in-law, Francisco. Grandchildren: Sinjin Lee; Asialee; Brandon; Nicole; Sanaya; Milania; William; Frankie; Joseph; Michael; Aaron; Gabriel; Emma; Xavier; Yorell and Ethan.

He lived an adventurous life. He loved anything that involved the ocean. He always found a way to incorporate ocean time all year round. During the winter season, he would take his beach walks, sit by the rocks, and enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean. He was a genuine friend. Everything he did was with love and no expectations. His visits to Atlantic City were exclusive to him. Lastly, he was known for being "The king of "LOTTERY" and his famous saying, "You Mother Flower You!"… He will be missed by many.
