Jorge Armando Tapia, 74, of Lima, Peru passed away on January 24th 2026 in Riverview, Florida.

Jorge Armando Tapia was born in Lima, Peru to Nelly Zamudio and Alfonso Tapia on April 27th, 1951. He married Sandra Tapia on June 6th 2002 in Roselle Park, New Jersey. He worked as a Clerk for the United States Postal Service for over 32 years.

Jorge Armando Tapia is survived by Sandra Tapia, Juan Fonseca, Carlos Tapia, Rosa Tapia, Ana Tapia, Maria Tapia, Rosario Guadalupe Tapia, and Jesus Tapia.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 1st at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Crematory (6919 Providence Rd

Riverview, FL 33578) from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Monday, February 2nd at 6819 Krycul Ave Riverview, FL 33578 with the Rev. George Gyasi of Resurrection Catholic Church, officiating.

Burial will follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Crematory (6919 Providence Rd Riverview, FL 33578).
