Jonathan F. Laber, Died unexpectedly December 7, 2023 in his home in Riverview, FL.
He was born May 28, 1958, in Rockville Center, NY, the son of Frank and Margaret Laber (Mancuso).
Jon graduated from Schreiber High School, Class of 1974. Following graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Linda Carpenter and celebrated 47 years of marriage in July. Jon was a loyal member of the Atlantic Hook & Ladder Co. with the Port Washington Fire Department and worked for the Port Washington Water District where he retired in June of 2013 as a Water Plant Operations Supervisor.
Immediately after a 30-year retirement with the PWWD, Jon and Linda relocated to Florida to fulfill their lifelong dream.
In addition to his father, Jon was predeceased by his brother Stephen.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Linda Laber (Carpenter), His Daughters Gail Milazzo and her husband, Dante, of Hicksville, NY, Christine Guiliano and her husband, Joseph, of East Hampton, CT; Five grandchildren, Vincent Milazzo, Katherine Milazzo, Gianna Guiliano, Joseph Jr Guiliano and Giovanni Guiliano. His Mother, Margaret Laber (Mancuso) and one brother Christopher Laber of Orlando, FL.

A celebration of life will be held at the home that him and Linda shared on Sunday, December 17th in Riverview, FL.
