John Anthony "Tony" Pastrana II, 67, of Bronx New York, passed unexpectedly of natural causes on September 15, 2019.

Tony is survived by his wife of 48 years Elena Soto, sons John Anthony Pastrana III,  Michael Anthony Pastrana, daughter Helen Pastrana Tomko, mother Carmen Luisa Rivera, sisters Janet Pastrana Marin, Margery Agosto Rivera, Marynes Pastrana, brother Jerry Agosto Rivera, his  grandchildren Gianna Pastrana, Gabriella Pastrana, Valeria Pastrana, Michael Anthony Pastrana Jr., Christian Anthony Tomko, Noah Anthony Tomko, Juan Antonio Pastrana IV, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Tony was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and a friend to everyone.

Tony was an avid music aficionado and loved salsa, and Latin Jazz. Tony will be remembered for always being the joyful spirit of any get together with his story telling, jokes, and infectious laughter. Tony spent his free time with his wife Elena, and their grandchildren going to every school play, music recital, and sporting event possible. Tony was always there for any important event for all his loved ones, family or not. He made time for those he cherished and he leaves us all  with hearts full of wonderful memories.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Riverview, FL.  The family will receive friends on Friday, September 20th from 6:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday, September 21 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview, FL.
