With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of  John F. Stewart, who left this world surrounded by love. Born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on May 19, 1953, he was the beloved son of Rose Agnes Curran Stewart and William Goit Stewart.

An assiduous father to his three daughters—Anne Marie, Rose Anne, and Kathrine Rose—he exemplified kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for family and friends. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3, a rank earned through dedication and integrity.

Beyond his service, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life—casting a line into peaceful waters, perfecting his golf swing, and embracing every soul he encountered. To him, there were no strangers, only friends he had yet to meet. His warmth, his laughter, and his boundless compassion touched all who knew him, leaving behind cherished memories that will endure.

He will be terribly missed, but his legacy of love and service will remain in our hearts forever.
