Weaver, John, Sr., 69, of Brandon, passed away at Brandon Regional Hospital on October 7, 2008 following a lengthy illness. John is survived by his loving family, wife, Elvira Weaver of Brandon, FL; daughter, Christine Bolt of Huntsville, AL; son, John Weaver, Jr. of Seffner, FL; grandchildren, Michael Fredericks of St. Simons Island, GA, Christian Juman of Huntsville, AL, Nicholas and Taylor Juman of Effort, PA and Jessica Weaver of Wimauma, FL; two great-grandchildren of NY; brother, Steven Truelock of Lecanto, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Michael Sullivan; niece, Kelly Sullivan; and many brothers and sisters in law and nieces and nephews in IL.
John was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Martha and Leslie Truelock and his father, Vincent Weaver.
John served in the military police in the U.S. Army Reserves. John was a residential contractor in the state of Florida since 1983 and was of the Methodist Faith.
