John Kent Glye, 72, of Sun City Center, passed away on March 5, 2020. He was born in Oshkosh, WI on May 4, 1947. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Glye; son, John Kent Glye, Jr.; daughter, Stephanie Glye Mesa; grandchildren, Christian Glye, Danielle Glye, and Jamie Glye Walsh. John graduated from Brandon High School in 1965. He was a lieutenant in the US Army. He worked for Tampa Electric for 35 years. There will be a funeral service on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church of Sun City Center, 1210 Del Webb Blvd W, Sun City Center 33573.
