Fredrick John Ernst, 75, of Brooksville passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Frank and Barbara (Betty) Ernst. John graduated from Brandon High School while helping operate the family farm, Purity Dairy on Providence Road. John became an avid car and truck enthusiasts of Studebaker, Oldsmobile, Sterling Truck and many, many more vehicles.

John is survived by his loving wife Regina (Gina) of 35 years, brother-in-law Joseph/Marlene Olszewski, sister-in-laws Kathy/Bruce Meyer, Donna/Jim Gorman and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be Monday, April 28th, 11am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Studebaker Drivers Club, American Truck Historical Society, or Cancer Research Foundation.
