John W. Crowell, 81, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2010. Born in Irving, New York, he had been a local resident for seven years. A member of The Presbyterian of Bloomingdale Church, Mr. Crowell was a U.S. Army Veteran, a member of the American Legion and he enjoyed coin collecting. Survivors include his daughters; Suzanne Kearns, Fae White, two brothers; Howard (Shirley) Crowell and Gilbert (Marie) Crowell. Also surviving are his granddaughter; Wendy (Robert) Linkous and two great grandchildren; Alex and Rachael. A Memorial Service will be held at The Presbyterian of Bloomingdale Church, 710 East Bloomingdale Avenue, Brandon, FL 33511 at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 (TODAY.)
