WINGO, JoAnn, 58 of Tampa passed away on Monday, February 11, 2008. JoAnn moved to the area 49 years ago from Louisville, KY and was Baptist by faith. She is survived by: her sons, James Wingo, Jr. (Angie), Nick Wingo, and Frank Wingo (Jennifer); daughter, Tracey H. Halliday (Greg); sisters, Carolyn Snyder (Robert), Brenda McMurry (Armand), and Shari Escobar (Jimmy); grandchildren, Jeffrey, Nicole, Thomas, Dalton, Vanessa, Mabrey, Jarod, Matthew, and Carter. She is survived by an extended loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Thursday, February 14, 2007 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd. Riverview.
