Payne, Jimmy R., 81, of Riverview, passed away on June 23, 2016. He is survived by his wife, 7 children, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 3:00pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior.
