Swindle, Jewell, 78, of Plant City, passed away on March 8, 2021. Jewell was a hard working mother and devoted grandmother. She enjoyed reading, working in her garden and researching her ancestry.  Jewell is survived by her loving family, children, Rufus E Swindle III and Cecilia Frank; grandchildren, Kyle Nathaniel Frank and Briana Nicole Frank; sisters, Bonnie Parr and Shirley Culpepper; and brothers, David Cunningham and Clyde Cunningham.
