Dye, Jewell, 87, of Riverview, passed away on May 26, 2016 to eternal life in Heaven. Jewell is survived by her loving family, husband of 70 years, William Dye; children, Brenda Demorest of Riverview, FL, John ( Mary Jane) Dye of Princeton, WV, and Bradley (Linda) Dye of Valrico, FL; sister, Wanda (Walter) Tolley of Charleston, WV; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents Ora Bev and Sophia Justice; brothers Gerald and Herbert Justice; and, sister Mildred Hoover. She was a long time member while in the Tampa area of Simmons Loop Baptist Church and while in the Charleston area of Judson Baptist Church and Oakwood Baptist Church. There will be a funeral service on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Simmons Loop Baptist Church in Riverview, FL, with a visitation one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at Elk Hills Memorial Park in Elkview, WV on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Simmons Loop Baptist Church, 6610 Simmons Loop, Riverview, FL 33578 in memory of Jewell Dye.
