Jerri Elaine Craig 70, of Brandon, Florida passed away surrounded by loved ones on 24 March 2023. Jerri was born at home on September 23, 1952 to Fred A. Wallin and Jessie A. Wallin in Waverly, Ohio. She was a beloved wife and devoted mother and grandmother. She was a very giving person to her family and friends.
Jerri is a graduate of Huntington High School-Chillicothe in Ross County Ohio. She met her husband Harold (Skip) Craig in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1987. They moved to Brandon, FL in 1989. Never one to sit around, she started a cleaning service in 1992. A true professional, respected for her attention to detail and work ethic. She loved her work, employees and customers. Jerri loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a warm, caring person with a heart of gold and went out of her way to help her family, friends, and acquaintances.
Jerri will be carried in the hearts of her family forever.
Jerri is preceded in death by her father Fred, mother Jessie, brothers Charles Wallin and John Wallin, sisters Phyllis Wallin (Owen) and Marsha Wallin (Atwood), and nephew Patrick Wallin. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Harold (Skip) Craig, brother Allen Wallin, daughters Jami Estes (Martinez) and Amy Craig (Dwyer); sons David Craig, Timothy Craig and Daniel Craig; Daughter-in- Law Lacie Craig, Sons-in-Law John Dwyer and Carlos Martinez; Brothers-in-Law Melvin Jones, Kevin Harper and Roger Atwood; Sisters-in-Law Becky Craig (Harper), Peggy Craig (Jones), and Carol Wallin (Mathews); Nephews Jason Atwood and Roger Dale Atwood, Nieces Gwendolyn Timn (Burgess) and Garett Craig (Choiniere), former husband Melvin Estes, in addition to a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and grandchildren.
A gathering of her friends and family will be held at 11 am at Serenity Meadows, 6919 Providence Rd, Riverview, FL 33578, 813-677-9494.
