Jennifer (Stempien) Hart, 43, of Riverview, Florida passed away on April 4, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. She was with her family in her home in Riverview. Born in Joliet, Illinois to Paul and Cathy Stempien, Jennifer earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of St. Francis. She was an inspiring gymnastics coach for over 20 years and continued doing work she loved as she became a travel agent specializing in Disney vacations in the later years of her life. She was married to in 2000 and was a loving mother to two wonderful daughters. Jenn is survived by her husband (Sam), daughters (Kate and Ally), parents (Paul and Cathy), sister (Lindsey) and brother (Daniel). Services will be held in Riverview at Serenity Meadows on Friday, April 8th at 11:00 AM ET. There will also be a memorial service in Joliet, Illinois at a future date to be announced. Jenn was a strong, smart and loving woman and we will miss her.
