Smith, Jennie W., 95 of Brandon passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012. Mrs. Smith was a local resident since 1957 after moving here from Kentucky. She was a member of Southside Baptist church and a retired schoolteacher who enjoyed sewing and reading. She is survived by her nephews, Joe E. Early; Walter B. Early; Richard H. Early, nieces, Canydbeth Ash; Sandy Davis; Marilyn Schwemberger; Shirley Decker, Joyce Gibbon; Mary Virginia Blank and many loved ones and friends. Preceding her in death are her Husband Herbert; brothers, Joseph H. Early, Jr.; Thomas H. Early; Edward Coolidge Early; sisters, Cora Carmen Walker and Mary Elizabeth Disney. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Brandon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
