JEAN C. LUBIN

JUNE 13, 1934 – MAY 5, 2025

Jean C. Lubin, a beloved servant of God, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025 at the age of 90 (Was about to be 91 in a month) at St Joseph Hospital. Born on June 13, 1934, in Chameau-Moron, near Jeremie in the Grand'Anse region of Haiti, Jean C. Lubin was an extraordinary man, a God-fearing soul whose life was defined by love, resilience, and unwavering faith.

Jean C. Lubin was the beloved husband of Marie V. Morisseau Lubin and the proud father of 7 children: Betty Lubin, Flobert Lubin, Darline Jude Prophete Jean Louis, Stanley Lubin, Pysouse Lubin, Nerlande Lubin and Samuel Lubin. He was a cherished grandfather to 19 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and was preceded in death by his brothers Joseph, Eranord, Pastor Jean A. Lubin, and sisters Elise, Sainte Anne, and Anna. He is survived by his older brother, Walter residing in Haiti.

In his mid-age, Jean C. Lubin left Haiti to Florida in search of a better life.

Jean C. Lubin was known for his wisdom, discipline, generosity, and infectious sense of humor, always ready with a joke to lift the spirits of those around him.

The Lubin family extend their deepest gratitude to all who have offered support, prayers, and love during this difficult time. Your kindness and encouragement have been a great comfort. Visitation will be held on Friday May 23rd, 2025 from 9:00 to 10:00 Am then the funeral service from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at:

Though we mourn his passing, we take solace in knowing that Jean C. Lubin is rejoicing in heaven, hearing the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23). His earthy presence will be deeply missed, but the spirit will live on though the countless lives he touched. Rest in peace, daddy. Rest in power. Until we meet again.
