McCormick, Jay P., 56, of Gibsonton, passed away on January 15, 2017. Jay was a beloved family man who was a hard worker and provider for his family. Jay is survived by his loving family, wife, Michele; children, Victoria Susan and Jay Patrick; brothers, Charles "Chuck", Randy (Joyce), Michael (Janice), and Robert. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
