Monroe, Janice F., 64, of Tampa, passed away on July 27, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Paul Monroe, Sr. Janice is survived by her loving family, daughters, Virginia (Roy) Monroe, and Kim Monroe; son, Michael Paul Monroe, Jr.; sister, Joyce Thren; brother, James Evans; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and 1 great-grandson. There will be a visitation on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
