Janet Combee, 67, of Brandon, FL, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Brandon Regional Hospital.  Born on March 1, 1053 in Lakeland, FL to the proud parents of Morris C. and Myrtle (Tucker) Combee, she was a very unique beauty on the inside and out.

Her thirst for higher knowledge began at an early age, when she read the entire encyclopedia in less than a year, and reportedly over the summer!  She graduated college with honors and expanded her knowledge throughout her life.

Ms. Combee worked in professional positions with businesses and newspapers in Lakeland and Cocoa Beach.  She spent most of her career working with law firms in Plant City and Brandon as a highly skilled paralegal.

Her many interests included reading and learning, comedy, movies, Dr. Who, and listening to great music like Carole King, Rolling Stones, and Eagles.  She traveled to the Bahamas, and especially loved beaches. When she was younger Anna Maria island was a weekend adventure.

Her sense of humor and wit were sharp, and she never missed a joke.  She had a creative imagination which she expressed through artistic drawings, making up games, and just having fun with family and friends.  She was a meticulous dresser and fashionable beauty with her makeup and accessories. She was loved and will be missed by many.
