James "Jim" E. Westerman, 71, husband of Carol D. Westerman, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at their home in Riverview, FL surrounded by family and friends. He was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on March 6, 1945 to Charles Earl and Dorothy Westerman. Jim attended East Bay High School and worked for nearly 50 years as an Electrician and HVAC Contractor. In his spare time, he was an avid weekend warrior and enjoyed air boating, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Jim is survived by his wife Carol, daughter Ellie Wagner (Tristan), Step-son Charles "Chuck" Earle (Katrina), and granddaughters Sydney Earle and Charlee Earle. He is also survived by his sister Jeanne Linne (Steve), brother Jerry Lee Westerman (Kay), and an extended family of amazing life-long friends.
