Chandler, James B, Sr., 74, of Tampa, passed away on October 20, 2008. Jim is survived by his loving family. There will be a Celebration of Jim's Life on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
